    This application is used by hotel staff. All of the requests from WeBee mobile app users can be displayed and managed by Staff App. When a WeBee mobile user requests a service, it is populated on Staff App as an open task. These tasks are assigned to hotel staffs by their managers. An assigned staff can contact directly by a mobile user, who requests a service via Staff App as a text-based chat environment. When a staff resolves a task, a dynamic and customized push notification message is sent to WeBee mobile application user, who requests a service, about the requested service.
